A Lion's Tale: Around the World in Spandex

Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho is the first undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the WWE and WCW, and has been called one of the fifty greatest wrestlers of all time. Now retired, he is writing his memoir, telling the story of his journey from wrestling school in Canada to his time in leagues in Mexico and Japan to his big break in the WCW. He'll dish the dirt on how he worked his way through the ranks alongside major wrestling stars like Chris Benoit and Lance Storm to become a major superstar.

That was aswome Chris. YOU ARE SO FREAKEN HOT. CONGRATULATIONS. I'm happy you won the heavy weight last might. But what happened to the good old days, to save us every one wants to like you but like you in the old days. like you were before.

A Lion's Tale is a simply amazing book. I could kick myself for not buying it sooner. I've been a Jerichoholic and a wrestling fan for years, so I was expecting for this book to be great... But I was wrong. It was spectacular! Posted by: Joanna | February 27, 2008, 9:54 pm

I love this book! I admit I am a wrestling fan maybe even bordering on the true meaning of the word and being a fanatic. Chris Jericho's book however would entertain me if I was a casual follower. i believe it helps to understand the business some what to really capture what he has been through. It is no necessary though. Any time someone comes from Massapequa Long Island, is raised in Winnipeg, works in Mexico, Germany, and Japan sometimes on the same day(see his birthday story)then settles into being a top player in thier career in the United States whilw living in Florida I admit I am hooked. Throw in the fact that he plays in a band, acts and appears on VH-1 and yes I am either his press agent or a very pleased reader. Unfortunatly it's just the latter. Well maybe not to unfortunate after reading this incredible story. Thank You Ted Lindsey for playing for my beloved Rangers and for marrying and procreating with the mother of Chris Jericho.. Remember.. Books...Are....Jericho! Posted by: Doug Hoey | November 20, 2007, 5:30 pm

I too had the honor of meeting Chris Jericho at the Borders book signing in NYC. Right there with Terry Funk, he's the most nicest, most humble person you can ever meet. I really feel he is to wrestling, what Randy Couture is to MMA. Kids can really look up to him, no matter what their dreams are. Posted by: Carlos | November 13, 2007, 2:58 pm
